Founded in 2005, Vincent F. Vaccarella, P.A. focuses on representing members of the South Florida construction community. Mr. Vaccarella is a veteran construction attorney, having spent his entire legal career representing contractors, subcontractors, owners and other members of the construction industry. Since founding the firm, he has assembled a team of lawyers, paralegals and staff who share his commitment to providing quality and timely legal services to the firm’s clients.

The attorneys at Vincent F. Vaccarella, P.A. assist clients in all facets of the development and construction process for both public and private projects; reviewing bids and bid documents, negotiating and drafting contracts, as well as providing advice and representation to help resolve the myriad issues and disputes that arise both during and after the course of construction, and ensuring that their contracts remain updated with the current state of the law and emerging business trends. While our attorneys pride themselves on their ability to assist clients in resolving disputes without the need to resort to formal proceedings, the firm maintains an aggressive litigation practice. Vincent F. Vaccarella, P.A. has successfully represented clients in matters brought in state and federal courts throughout the United States, focusing especially on Florida and the Caribbean, both at the trial and appellate levels. In addition, the firm has successfully represented clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association as well as before governmental administrative agencies, contractual dispute resolution boards and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. We handle local and state licensing issues, including initial licensure and qualifier applications, and qualifying business applications. In conjunction with its litigation practice, Vincent F. Vaccarella, P.A. provides its clients with advice and representation regarding administrative issues, including bid protests and post-procurement hearings before administrative boards regarding technical issues, matters of code interpretation, administrative citations and other issues that may arise during a construction project.

The firm is actively involved in the South Florida construction community. We hold seminars for clients on a variety of topics including claims, risk management, administrative action and the lien law. We are also a member of the Associated General Contractors of America, South Florida Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors, Gold Coast Chapter, the Engineering Contractors Association and the Construction Association of South Florida.
