Vincent F. Vaccarella
Vincent F. Vaccarella was born in Marlborough, Massachusetts. He was admitted to the Florida bar in 1994, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Florida, Southern District, 1994; Middle District, 1998; First Circuit of Massachusetts, 2011; and admitted to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, 1995. Mr. Vaccarella frequently conducts lectures and continuing education seminars on construction law for the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and other industry groups. He has also served two terms as general counsel for the AGC, South Florida Chapter. Mr. Vaccarella maintains an active trial practice for clients which include some of the country's largest and most prestigious general contractors, multinational real estate developers, lenders, and owners of luxury South Florida properties. Mr. Vaccarella has authored numerous legislative bills of benefit to the construction industry and frequently writes articles on topics of industry interest. While the firm's practice is focused on construction related matters, it also maintains a busy commercial and transactional practice for its non-construction clients.
